I was commissioned by Make Shifts Happen to create a short-form video advertisement promoting their Nutrition Essentials Program, an educational offering designed to support individuals in building healthier habits through nutritional guidance. This project focused on translating key program benefits into a visually engaging, social-ready ad that could be used across platforms.
My contributions included:
Developing the visual concept and script direction for the ad
Filming and editing video in post production
Designing on-screen motion graphics and branded text overlays
Aligning tone and pacing with the client’s brand voice and target audience
Delivering final ad content in multiple aspect ratios for platform versatility (16:9, 1:1, 9:16)
This project was both creatively fun and technically challenging. It allowed me to experiment with a more uplifting, lifestyle-driven visual tone while staying rooted in the client's educational mission. The challenge came in distilling a broad program message into a short, engaging format that worked seamlessly across platforms like Instagram and YouTube. From shaping the narrative flow to balancing motion graphics with clean, informative visuals, the process pushed me to be intentional with every second — and made the final result that much more rewarding.
